Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and boil the marble potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool slightly. Cut into halves or quarters.
- 2
Cook the Hash
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the boiled marble potatoes and sauté until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3
Add Trout and Herbs
Flake the smoked red sea trout and add it to the skillet along with the chopped fresh herbs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
- 4
Prepare the Eggs
In a separate non-stick frying pan, cook the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- 5
Serve
To serve, spoon the smoked trout hash onto plates, top with the sunny side up eggs, drizzle with brava sauce, and garnish with pickled shallots.
