Wings

Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the mixed drumettes and flats with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Fries

While the wings are baking, prepare the fries according to package instructions or fry them fresh until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the honey and hot sauce to create the Honey Buffalo sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the wings are done, toss them in either the Honey Buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce. Serve with fries on the side and optional jalapeños and pickles.
