Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and the sliced onions. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are soft and golden brown. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

  4. 4

    Grill the Patties

Heat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

Top each patty with a slice of cheese after flipping, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  6. 6

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Burger

Spread beer mustard on the bottom bun. Add the patty with melted cheese, followed by the caramelized onions and crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the bun.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot with a side of fries (or upgrade to rings, tots, or sweet potato fries for an additional cost).
