Prepare the Beef Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Cook the Burger Patties
In the same skillet, add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, or until desired doneness is reached.

Assemble the Burger
Spread 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Top with the cooked beef patty, followed by 2 tablespoons of grape jelly, the crispy bacon, jalapeño slices, and finally the top half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the PBJ burger with a side of fries. You can upgrade to onion rings, tater tots, or sweet potato fries for an additional $2.
