Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patties

In the same skillet, add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, or until desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Top with the cooked beef patty, followed by 2 tablespoons of grape jelly, the crispy bacon, jalapeño slices, and finally the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the PBJ burger with a side of fries. You can upgrade to onion rings, tater tots, or sweet potato fries for an additional $2.
