Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and prepare them as needed (shred chicken, crumble bacon, dice vegetables).

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of corn tortilla chips.

Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the carnitas, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and green pepper over the tortilla chips.

Add Sauces and Cheese
Drizzle the ranch dressing and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce over the top. Then sprinkle the shredded cheddar jack cheese evenly over the nachos.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the nachos for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
