Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Therapy Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together your favorite ingredients for the Therapy Sauce. Common ingredients include mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and a dash of hot sauce. Adjust to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Form the ground beef into a burger patty. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Brioche Bun

While the burger is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the Therapy Sauce on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the Muenster cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Big Therapy Burger with a side of fries. Optionally, upgrade to onion rings, tater tots, or sweet potato fries for an additional charge.
