Preparation Steps
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.
- 2
Cook the Ground Beef
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon fat if necessary. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
- 3
Prepare the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of corn tortilla chips. Top with cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar jack cheese.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Add Fresh Toppings
Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and pickles.
- 6
Drizzle with Therapy Sauce
Finish with a drizzle of 'Therapy Sauce' over the top (recipe can be tailored to preference or use store-bought).
