Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Goat Cheese Balls

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with salt and pepper. Form into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with more flour.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In the same frying pan, cook the Applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Grill the Burgers

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the Challah rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
