Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Applewood bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Grill the Beef

Season the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bread

While the beef is grilling, drizzle olive oil on both sides of the thick-cut bread. Toast in a separate skillet or on the grill until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

On one slice of toasted bread, layer the grilled beef patty, followed by a generous scoop of pimento cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Top with another slice of toasted bread.

  5. 5

    Serve

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately while hot.
