Prepare the Croissants
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the French croissants in half horizontally.

Assemble the Sandwich
Layer the smoked turkey breast evenly on the bottom halves of the croissants. Top with slices of New York white cheddar cheese.

Add Pepper Jelly
Spread 2 tablespoons of spicy pepper jelly on the top halves of the croissants.

Toast the Sandwich
Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.

Serve
Remove from the oven, close the sandwiches, and serve hot. Enjoy your Sgt. Pepper sandwich!
