Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the Black Angus beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Challah Rolls

While the patties are cooking, cut the Challah rolls in half and toast them on the grill until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each toasted Challah roll, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the grilled patty with melted cheese, and top with a slice of tomato. Close the burger with the top half of the roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite sides.
