Buffalo Pop-Ins
Method
Preparation
- 1
- 2
Coat the Hen Pop-Ins
Dip each piece of Hen Pop-Ins first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Pop-Ins
Carefully add the coated Hen Pop-Ins to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried Pop-Ins with the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- 6
Serve
Serve the Buffalo Pop-Ins hot with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
