Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Chop the Stems
Finely chop the mushroom stems to add to the stuffing mixture.

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Add Bread Crumbs
Fold in the bread crumbs until the mixture is thick and can hold together.
Stuffing the Mushrooms

Fill the Mushrooms
Using a spoon or your hands, generously fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture, pressing down lightly to ensure it's packed in.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
