Prepare Strawberries
Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops and cut them in halves.

Muddle Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the halved strawberries and gently muddle them using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their juices.
Mixing

Combine Liquids
Add 2 oz of Citadelle Gin and 1 oz of Cocchi Rosa to the shaker with the muddled strawberries.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. You can use a fine mesh strainer to catch any strawberry pulp if desired.

Garnish the cocktail with 2 slices of fresh strawberry and 5 mint leaves for an aromatic finish.
