Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

  2. 3

    Add Remaining Vegetables

Stir in the broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Making Garlic Sauce

  1. 4

    Prepare the Garlic Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.

  2. 5

    Combine with Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 6

    Finish with Cheese and Basil

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil until well combined.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Pasta Primavera

Plate the pasta primavera and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with extra Parmesan and basil.
