Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts thoroughly under cold water. Trim the stem ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

Toss with Oil and Seasonings
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Add Balsamic Glaze
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to combine.

Top with Parmesan
Sprinkle the roasted Brussels sprouts with grated Parmesan cheese while they are still warm for the cheese to melt slightly.
