Prepare Chicken

Season the Chicken
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assemble Chicken Parmesan

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add Sauce and Cheese
In a baking dish, place the fried chicken breasts. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cook Spaghetti
Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Serve

Plate the Dish
On each plate, serve a portion of spaghetti alongside a piece of chicken parmesan. Garnish with extra marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese if desired.
