Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Desert Door "Pollinator" Sotol, Novo Fogo Cachaca, Fragola Strawberry Amaro, Gooseberry Yuzu Cordial, and Strawberry Oleo Saccharum.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid completely.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or until the shaker becomes cold to the touch.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from your chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. Add 2 drops of saline solution on top.

Garnish (Optional)
If desired, garnish with a fresh strawberry or a twist of lime peel for extra flair.
