Preparation
- 1
Chill Your Glass
Begin by chilling a coupe or cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to cool it down while you prepare the cocktail.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, pour in 1.5 oz of Martin Miller Gin, 0.5 oz of Green Chartreuse, 0.75 oz of Soho Lychee Liqueur, 0.5 oz of Lychee Syrup, and 0.75 oz of Clarified Lime Juice.
- 3
Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- 4
Strain the Cocktail
Remove the ice from your chilled glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any pulp.
Garnishing
- 5
Prepare the Garnish
Take a lychee fruit and place it on a cocktail pick or directly into the drink for garnish. Also, add a lime wheel on the rim of the glass for an extra touch.
- 6
Serve
Enjoy your Safe Word cocktail immediately while it's fresh and chilled.
