Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.

Cook Pasta
Add 8 cups of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Preparing Vegetables

Chop Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Pasta with Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and toss to combine.

Add Sauce Ingredients
Pour in the lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed.

Add Parmesan
Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta primavera and toss to combine.

Serve the pasta primavera hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
