Lemon Dill Sauce
Method
Salmon Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 3
Sear the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Flip and Cook
Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5
Remove from Heat
Once done, transfer the salmon to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and salt.
- 7
Mix Well
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- 8
Taste and Adjust
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more salt or lemon juice, if desired.
