Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves and cut the sprouts in half lengthwise.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Toss the Sprouts

In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the sprouts are evenly coated.

  2. 4

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
