Cauliflower Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

Coat in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Return to Oven
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more lemon juice, salt, or pepper to suit your preference.

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
