Method

Cauliflower Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

  5. 5

    Coat in Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Return to Oven

Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.

Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

  1. 7

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Whisk Together

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

  3. 9

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more lemon juice, salt, or pepper to suit your preference.

  4. 10

    Chill the Dressing

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
