Preparation Steps
Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, diced Roma tomatoes, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Lahvosh
Place one sheet of lahvosh bread on the prepared baking sheet. Spread half of the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the bread. Top with another sheet of lahvosh and spread the remaining mixture on top.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lahvosh is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into squares or triangles and serve warm.
