Cracker Bread and Toppings

Method

Preparation and Assembly

1

Prepare the Herbed Olive Oil

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well and set aside.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the sliced zucchini and red onion until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Assemble the Lahvosh

Place the lahvosh cracker bread on a baking sheet. Layer the grilled chicken evenly over each piece, followed by the sautéed zucchini and red onion.

4

Add the Cheeses

Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack, grated Parmesan, and crumbled goat cheese over the topped lahvosh.

5

Drizzle with Herbed Olive Oil

Drizzle the prepared herbed olive oil over the assembled lahvosh.

6

Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the lahvosh in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7

Final Touch

Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
