Preparation and Assembly
Prepare the Herbed Olive Oil
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well and set aside.
Assemble the Lahvosh
Place the lahvosh cracker bread on a baking sheet. Layer the grilled chicken evenly over each piece, followed by the sautéed zucchini and red onion.
Add the Cheeses
Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack, grated Parmesan, and crumbled goat cheese over the topped lahvosh.
Drizzle with Herbed Olive Oil
Drizzle the prepared herbed olive oil over the assembled lahvosh.
Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the lahvosh in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Final Touch
Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
