Lahvosh Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
Make the Lahvosh
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, sugar, and salt. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll Out the Dough
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll each part out on a floured surface until thin. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings
Spread the roasted red pepper sauce over the rolled-out dough. Evenly distribute the crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, and goat cheese on top.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into squares or triangles. Serve warm or at room temperature.
