Wings and Marinade

Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2

Grill the Wings

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

3

Slow Roast the Wings

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Transfer the grilled wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast them in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours to ensure they are tender.

4

Fry the Wings

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the roasted wings in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

5

Toss in Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of BBQ, Louisiana Hot, or Fury Sauce until evenly coated.

6

Serve

Serve the wings hot with additional sauce on the side if desired.
