Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Slow Roast the Wings
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Transfer the grilled wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast them in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours to ensure they are tender.
Fry the Wings
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the roasted wings in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of BBQ, Louisiana Hot, or Fury Sauce until evenly coated.
Serve
Serve the wings hot with additional sauce on the side if desired.
