1. Prepare the Garlic Cream

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. 2. Prepare the Escargot

3. Assemble the Puff Pastry
