Method
Prepare the Meat

Add Enchilada Sauce
Drizzle enchilada sauce over the cheese.
Add Toppings
Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Wrap the Burrito
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Serve
Plate the Burrito
Place the assembled burrito seam-side down on a plate.
Garnish and Serve
