Filling
Method
Prepare Taco Shell
Heat the Oil
In a deep pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Coat the Tortillas
Spread Nutella evenly on one side of each flour tortilla.
Fry the Tortillas
Carefully place the tortillas in the hot oil, Nutella side up, and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Drain and Cool
Remove the tacos from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Allow them to cool slightly.
Assemble Taco
Add Ice Cream
Once the taco shells are cooled, fill each taco shell with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top with Peanuts
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts generously over the ice cream.
Add Whipped Cream
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the peanuts.
Drizzle Chocolate Caramel
Drizzle chocolate caramel sauce over the whipped cream and peanuts.
Finish with Powdered Sugar
Dust the top with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
