Directions
1. Prepare the Fish
Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets. Cut into serving-sized pieces.
2. Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add the LandShark Lager and mix until smooth.
3. Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the Fish
Dip each piece of fish into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully place in the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Cook the Fries
Cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
