In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Once the orzo is cooked, drain any excess broth and add the orzo to the sautéed vegetables. Stir in the fresh spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm.
