1. Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

2. Stuff the Shrimp

Take one shrimp, place a jalapeño slice and a cube of pepper jack cheese inside it, and wrap it with a bacon strip. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat for all shrimp.

3. Preheat the Grill
