Dip Preparation
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the Spinach
In a pan over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then chop finely.
3. Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the chopped spinach, crab meat, artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. Transfer to Baking Dish
Spread the mixture into a baking dish (9x9 inches works well).
5. Bake the Dip
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
6. Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with housemade tortilla chips!
