Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Cedar Plank

Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour before grilling to prevent it from burning.

2

Make the Honey Dijon Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3

Prepare the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the soaked cedar plank. Brush the honey Dijon sauce generously over the salmon.

4

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the soaked cedar plank with the salmon directly onto the grill.

5

Grill the Salmon

Close the grill lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Garnish and Serve

Remove the cedar plank from the grill, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately with seasonal accompaniments.
