Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Snapper

Rinse the red snapper fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place the snapper fillets in the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Snapper

Place the marinated snapper fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each fillet with a lemon slice. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the snapper from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
