Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine blackened shrimp with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make Lemon Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and cook for another minute.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, followed by the lump crab meat. Gently mix to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the blackened shrimp and crab mixture over a bed of steamed rice. Drizzle with the lemon butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
