Grilled Asparagus

Method

Maple-Bourbon Glazed Salmon

1

Prepare the Glaze

In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

2

Glaze the Salmon

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with the glaze and place on the grill or baking sheet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting with more glaze as needed.

Parmesan-Bacon Potato Croquettes

3

Prepare the Potatoes

Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash in a bowl.

4

Mix Ingredients

Add crumbled bacon, grated parmesan, beaten egg, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix until well combined.

5

Form Croquettes

Shape the potato mixture into small balls or patties. Roll each in bread crumbs to coat.

6

Fry the Croquettes

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

Grilled Asparagus

7

Prepare the Asparagus

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

8

Grill the Asparagus

Grill asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
