Maple-Bourbon Glazed Salmon
Prepare the Glaze
In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Glaze the Salmon
Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with the glaze and place on the grill or baking sheet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting with more glaze as needed.

Form Croquettes
Shape the potato mixture into small balls or patties. Roll each in bread crumbs to coat.
Fry the Croquettes
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
