Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Add the Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still vibrant in color.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix the Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

  2. 7

    Season the Dish

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables. Toss well to evenly coat.

  3. 8

    Garnish

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
