Method
Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

Cook the Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still vibrant in color.
Combining Ingredients

Mix the Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

Season the Dish
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables. Toss well to evenly coat.

Garnish
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
