Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, ensuring they are coated evenly on both sides.

2

Add Seasoning

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary evenly on both sides of the steaks. Allow the steaks to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Vegetable Preparation

3

Prepare the Vegetables

While the steaks are resting, wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

4

Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the prepared zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Grilling

5

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure that the coals are hot and ashed over.

6

Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.

7

Grill the Vegetables

Add the seasoned vegetables to the grill during the last 5-7 minutes of cooking the steaks, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

8

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the grilled ribeye with the seasonal vegetables on the side.
