Preparing the Grilled Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the salmon is grilling, wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Serving the Dish

Plate and Serve
On each plate, place a grilled salmon fillet, a serving of sautéed seasonal vegetables, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
