Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the refried beans with half of the shredded cheese.

Assemble the Enchiladas
Take a corn tortilla, fill it with the bean and cheese mixture, roll it up, and place it seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Add Sauce
Pour the green chili sauce over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are well covered.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the sauce.

Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the enchiladas for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Serve the enchiladas hot, topped with sour cream, alongside a portion of rice, mixed greens, and diced tomatoes.
