Prepare the Sopapilla
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Fry in hot oil until golden and puffy.

Once the sopapillas are fried, carefully open them and fill with your choice of stuffing (cheese, beans, or meat). Set aside.

Prepare the Chile Relleno
Roast the chile, peel the skin, and remove the seeds. Stuff with cheese, dip in egg batter, and fry until golden.
- 4

Spread shredded chicken onto flour tortillas, roll them tightly, and secure with a toothpick. Fry in hot oil until crispy.
- 5
Assemble the Plate
On a serving plate, arrange the stuffed sopapilla, chile relleno, and chicken flauta. Top with guacamole, sour cream, and drizzle with green chile sauce.
