Prepare the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine the main spirit of your choice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, and ice cubes.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or lime if desired.
