    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

    Stir in the frozen corn, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.

    In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly. Top with a layer of mashed potatoes.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
