Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
- 2
Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- 4
Deglaze with Marsala
Pour the Marsala wine into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6
Cook the Rigatoni
While the chicken simmers, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 7
Combine with Marinara
In a separate pot, heat the marinara sauce and combine it with the drained rigatoni. Stir well to coat.
- 8
Serve
Plate the rigatoni with marinara sauce, top with the chicken Marsala, and garnish with chopped parsley.
