Tonkatsu Preparation

Prepare the Pork
Season the pork loin chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Set Up Breading Station
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Pork
Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.

Fry the Pork
Carefully add the breaded pork chops to the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the pork from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with tonkatsu sauce and shredded cabbage on the side.
