Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Rice

Cook jasmine or brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.

2

Prepare the Salmon

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then fry until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove and set on paper towels to drain excess oil.

3

Stir-fry Green Beans

In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add green beans and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

4

Make the Basil Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Pour this mixture over the stir-fried green beans and toss to coat evenly.

5

Combine and Serve

Add fresh basil leaves to the green beans and stir briefly until wilted. Serve the deep-fried salmon on a plate alongside the basil green beans and a portion of rice.
