Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine orange juice, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry, then add it to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
