Chicken

Method

Marinating the Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

Cooking the Chicken

  1. 3

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken strips to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.

  2. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the cooked chicken. Serve hot with rice or as a filling for lettuce wraps.
